Alright, so I left off last time with the sketching thing. So after that we walked down from Petrin Hill and strolled down some curvilinear paths made of flat stone. On the way down I saw a bunch of people walking their dogs around the park. When we finally reached the base of the hill where the city meets the park, I looked back and heard two dogs barking at each other. At first I was like, meh, dogs bark at each other all the time, but one lady didn't have her little dog (it sorta looked like a beagle...) on a lease and it was harrassing this large pure bred boxer. Now the boxer was rightfully enraged, but his owner could not hold on to him and the two dogs ran down the hill biting at each others necks.
At this point, the beagle thing was kinda scared... and the boxer had it pinned down to the ground. SO I along with everyone in my group thought we were going to watch a bloody dog fight. But racing down the hill was the middle aged woman who jumped inbetween the dogs and wrestled the white boxer away from her brown beagle! It was intense! The other owner eventually took control of the his dog, but the lady was yelling and getting mad at him! I was like wth! This guy has his dog on his leash and her dog is the one running around free harassing other dogs! I don't know about you, but I think he should have been yelling at her.
Anyway, that same day we had to get our metro passes. If you want the full story and the chance to look at my mugshot photo I took for it (it's quite strange) just ask.
So pretty much that was the end of day one...
The next day we had a scavenger hunt and had to find a bunch of random sites all over the city and sit and sketch something from that site. It was sorta fun but it was really tiring because we had to walk a lot to get to each place. So I teamed up with my roomates Jeofferey, and Aaron and we wandered around from site to site. Along the way we found some very interesting things which I took pictures of.
So in Prague near our hotel, there is a TV tower which has giant babies crawling all over it! CREEPY BABIES! Apparently it was an art installation by a famous modern artist and it's been up there for quite some time.

Weird stuff...
This was outside of a restaurant in the Malastrana district of Prague. It's pretty much the historic part of town right below the castle. The devil is all over the place in Malastrana, and he usually looks kinda goofy like this.
This is a piece of art right outside the Franz Kafka Museum. It's two guys pissing on a fountain shaped like the Czech Republic. Their hips move from side to side so they can apparently spell things out in Czech. It's a humorous piece, with a some what interesting message.

By the end of the afternoon, we eventually found ourselves inside Kadarna Cafe...?
Actually I don't remember the exact name of the place, but it's really famous and a little overpriced, but the atmosphere is wonderful. It is entirely crafted in the art nouveau style and is a wonderful place to sit and have a cup of coffee.
I'm following your blog and it looks like you're having a lot of fun! What is your Skype username? Do you miss the Augusta house yet? Yeah, I bet you do.
